The Need To Know Before Booking

Please read thoroughly through our policies before booking an appointment. 

Tardiness

We have a 20 minute grace period, after 20 minutes the clients appointment will be canceled and the retainer of $25 is kept. 

Retainer

$25 non-refundable retainer to book an appointment. Cancellations before 24 hours leads to kept retainer of $25. Clients are able to reschedule before the 24 hours.

Guests

Guests are not allowed for first time clients. Only VIP clients are allowed guests (safety reasons) , but still need to consult the lash technician in advance before booking the appointment to see if we can accommodate. It is not a guarantee. 

Preparation

Clients are to come with a clean face (no mascara, clusters, oils etc..). If fail to do so, a fee of $25 will be charged or lead to cancellation of appointment. 

Guarantee

To guarantee our work and retention to all of our clients, if more than 50% of the lashes fall off within 1 – 3 days of getting the lashes done, the client is able to come in for a free fill within the same 7 days period that they were done. 

Other Technicians Work

We do not work over or remove any other lash extensions that were done from a different technician.Â
